China in Africa
I believe that we are and will be locked in a struggle with China that closely resembles the Cold War. China is actively expanding business into the lesser known parts of the world, including Africa. It's basically building Africa infastructure. The United States has stayed away from Africa due to the fact that it has low purchasing power but if we neglect that continent we are going to wake up one day and see that the world is being painted red. During the cold war we looked the other way when abuses were occurring and frankly I think it's time to start doing it again. China doesn't bother about a country's internal practices and neither should we unless it hurts American interests. Let's just do business and leave the lecturing to someone else.
